Naomi Anne Lewis
Naomi is an in-house legal recruitment lead with a strong track record in regional recruitment efforts for junior to senior level lawyers across the APAC region. Her expertise spans multiple industry sectors in Hong Kong, Singapore, Manila, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur, where she has established a robust network of legal talent through her agency and in-house recruitment roles.
Throughout her career she has successfully handled various search parameters including retained, exclusive, contingent and contracting positions. In addition, she has extensive in leading corporate and C-level recruitment for fintech/tech companies across the region, as well as facilitating secondment positions for a US headquartered legal consultancy across different industry sectors (from paralegal to comp sec to >20 PQE level).
With a unique blend of in-house and agency legal recruitment experience, she is committed to taking a consultative, diligent, and hands-on approach, catering to the needs of both legal professionals and clients. Her focus is on delivering tailored solutions and building strong partnerships for long-term success.
