Well Test Supervisor
About the job
The Field Supervisors shall be responsible in overseeing the entire well testing operations and maintenance of oilfield equipment at the assigned work location. The incumbent will be required to provide daily activities report and actively communicate with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job.
- Conduct short safety meetings/Tool Box meetings with direct reports for the current job before operations. Ensure that each personnel are made aware of the hazards and is fully aware of their responsibilities.
- Prepare Well Testing Procedures and Job Programmes.
- Ensure proper reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses through the Positive Dangerous Feedback Form. Initiates investigation of all such cases.
- Ensure that each direct personnel performs their responsibilities as per the requirements of the Company’s HSEQ Policy.
- Ensure that all equipment for the job is free of any damages/defects and is fully operational prior to any operations job. In the event of damages, a damage report shall be made.
- Ensure that operations are conducted as per the Standard Operating Procedures and are in adherence to the Company policies and procedures.
