Our client is an established hospitality MNC is experiencing exponential growth. They are looking for a VP of Attractions to oversee the end-to-end operations and drive business goals through strategic planning and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all functions of the Attractions.
- Utilize your expertise in innovation and strategic acumen to drive business growth and reduce cost.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Track record in managing amusement parks, entertainment centers or equivalent.
- Experience in overseeing operational procedures such as P&L management, budgeting, analysis etc.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple prioritise and work in a dynamic environment.
