About the Company:
Our client is a globally renowned organisation based in Singapore. With footprints across Research & Development, Healthcare, and Education, they are a community of passionate individuals dedicated to driving innovation and change. In line with continued organisational growth and increasing workforce complexity, they are seeking a Total Rewards Director to lead and strengthen their Group Total Rewards strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Total Rewards Strategy: Develop, implement, and oversee Group-wide total rewards strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, talent strategy, and market competitiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits Governance: Design and govern compensation structures, incentive schemes, and benefits programmes across regions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
- Market Benchmarking & Analytics: Lead compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and rewards analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and business heads on rewards-related matters, including workforce planning, performance outcomes, and retention risks.
- Reporting & Governance: Support reporting to Senior Management, Board-level committees, and relevant governance forums, including remuneration reviews and policy updates.
- Process Improvement / Digital Transformation: Drive continuous improvement / automation / AI-enablement and standardisation of total rewards processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Key Requirements:
- Recognised Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of work experience in Human Resource Management, of which the last 10 years onwards in a Total Rewards specialism
- Excellent communication, people and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and analyse data clearly to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in dealing with Remuneration Committee / Board Level a definite advantage
