About the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and travel coordination
- Office upkeep
- Petty cash management and invoice processing
- Event planning and coordination
- Maintenance of administrative documents
- Support the People Operations team with on-boarding and off-boarding logistics
- Provide leave cover for Operations Assistant/Barista
- Handle all other assigned tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a professional or service industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Meticulous and capable of meeting high standards
- Collaborative with other functions
- Strong team spirit
- Polished and professional appearance
