Our Client
Our client is a prominent healthcare organisation in Singapore. In line with continued growth plans they are currently recruiting for a Group Talent Management Lead to join their dynamic HR team.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Group Head of Talent & OD, you will support the development, implementation, and review of the organisation’s Talent Development framework / system. You will develop and drive initiatives to build talent capability and career-pathing within the organisation. As talent partner to business you will track and support talent and succession planning, thereby future-proofing and strengthening talent pipeline for leadership succession and mission critical roles within the ecosystem.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate comes with over 10 to 15 years of work experience in Talent Management & Organisational Development. You come with strong stakeholder management skills, and are a dynamic individual could put on a strategic hat, whilst remaining hands-on when situation arises.
