About the Company: Our client, a well-established hospitality firm, is expanding regionally and as part of this expansion, they are looking for a Sustainability Manager to champion the rollout of sustainability strategy, working closely with internal teams to embed environmentally responsible practices across operations. They will be driving the implementation of corporate sustainability goals at the operational level, focusing on improving energy, water, waste, and innovation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of the Group’s sustainability goals by integrating environmental practices into daily resort operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance energy, water, and waste efficiency across properties.
- Act as the main sustainability contact for assigned properties, ensuring consistent programme delivery and support.
- Build operational capability by delivering practical training and developing peer learning initiatives.
- Explore and test innovative sustainable solutions that can be scaled across the Group
Key Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in hospitality operations or environmental sustainability implementation.
- A relevant degree in Environmental Science, Hospitality, Engineering, or related disciplines; professional certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of resort operational systems and the ability to lead on-the-ground sustainability efforts.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a passion for sustainable hospitality.
