About the Company: 

A Global F&B MNC, has been expanding its APAC presence and are looking for a Store Development Manager to oversee the entire process of opening new stores or renovating existing ones. The individual would leverage their experience in project management, construction oversight, and design execution to ensure stores are built to brand standards and operational needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end store construction projects from site evaluation to store handover

• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and aligned with brand standards

• Manage regulatory permits, inspections, and compliance with health and safety requirements

• Conduct post-construction inspections, resolve defects, and ensure seamless handover to operations

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in store development or construction management within the F&B or retail sector

• Strong knowledge of building codes, health and safety regulations, and F&B-specific compliance requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

• Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams and external vendors
