About the Company: Our client is an intelligent automation software provider that is looking to hire for a Regional Enterprise Sales Manager handling outbound sales for FSI accounts.

The individual will be responsible for selling a comprehensive suite of products and services, including automation tools, process management software, and data-driven platforms, with a particular focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and driving business transformation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Generate, prospect and handle outbound sales for new and existing Financial Services and Insurance accounts in ASEAN region to promote the automation software solutions of the company
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including the Lead Generation, Inside Sales and Sales Engineers to build and manage a robust sales pipeline for prospects and current clients
  • Target and effectively present to C-suite and VP in decision making capacity about the company’s suite of software solutions
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision makers across multiple business functions within each target account
  • Engage strategically with internal and external partners to maximize sales efforts and expand reach in the market
  • Regularly update and maintain CRM records to ensure up-to-date tracking of sales activities and progress

Key Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years of proven sales record in Enterprise Software Sales to C-suite and Senior Executives preferably from Financial Services or Insurance sectors
  • Experience in consistently hitting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Prior proven experience in Software Sales, RPA and/or Document Management technology preferred
  • Expertise in closing complex deals through effective strategy, negotiations, and deal management
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial with a “hunter” mindset who can effectively interact with C-suite executives
