Site Manager (MY)

Position Description:

1. Fully responsible for the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of the 0-1 factory construction project, ensuring the project is completed on time, with quality, and within budget. Experience in planning and constructing clean factory buildings is required.
2. Responsible for post-construction production and operation work of the factory. Experience in semiconductor industry production and operation is required.
3. Responsible for internal and external organization, coordination, and supervision of project construction.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Have more than 2 experiences in planning and building 0-1 projects, with over 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry production and operation.
3. English can be used as the working language, proficiency in Malay is a plus.
4. Familiar with local culture and laws in Malaysia, with strong language expression, communication, and coordination skills.
