About the Company:
Our client is a Payment Technology company that is expanding rapidly into South-East Asia. As part of the company’s expansion plan, they are hiring for a Senior Product Manager with experience in developing new payment solutions and also enhance existing product lines.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Involved in designing the company’s product roadmap to align with business goals and the company’s regional expansion plans.
- Develop product vision into a clear delivery plan taking into account commercial value, customer impact and cost.
- Perform ongoing analysis of the market, competitive landscape, and key user segments to guide high-level product choices.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Quality Assurance teams to ship robust, high-quality payment features within timelines.
- Involved in agile ceremonies from sprint planning to retrospectives.
- Own the user acceptance testing phase, validating that solutions deliver the intended user outcomes and fulfill business expectations before release.
- Work with Risk and Engineering teams to manage technical, regulatory and security product-related risks.
- Track product performance such as product adoption, transaction activities and user satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT or equivalent with 3 to 8 years of experience in Product Management in Payments, Fintech or Digital Financial Services.
- Proven experience in managing payments or digital services’ end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and fintech market dynamics.
- Experience in using agile/scrum practices to manage product delivery.
