Senior Licensing Executive
About the job
Our client, a growing media and partnerships firm is expanding and are seeking licensing/partnership professionals to join the team! As such, they are looking for a Senior Licensing Executive to drive revenue growth through planning, executing and achieving sales targets. The individual will lead client servicing, sales strategy, and licensee management to convert leads into successful business deals.
Responsibilities:

Lead direct sales activities across assigned brands, markets, or categories to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through forecasting, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities.

Develop market expertise to strengthen brand performance and expand sustainable licensing business.

Oversee client relationships, ensuring adherence to licensor policies while supporting licensees to maximize results.

Conduct business reviews with licensees and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance retail presence and promotional execution.
Requirements:

Relevant experience within the licensing or related industries.

At least 2–3 years of sales or business development experience with proven revenue-generation success.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.

Strong organizational, presentation, and team-coordination capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable managing databases, with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills.
