About the Company:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, shaping company culture, and supporting the organisation’s strategic growth plans.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals and legal requirements.
- Manage the full payroll cycle and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g. CPF, MOM regulations, IRAS filings).
- Support talent development initiatives such as training, employee engagement, and career planning.
- Advise senior management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organisational structure.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel documentation.
- Supervise general administrative functions including office maintenance, procurement, IT coordination, and company assets.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, data protection, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers, including lease agreements and insurance policies.
- Support company events, travel arrangements, and internal communication efforts.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work across departments.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g. HRIS, payroll software).
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Able to work independently and lead a small team.
