About the Role:
The Senior HR Manager, Regional will be responsible for leading and driving the HR strategy, initiatives, and operations across multiple countries within the region. This role will act as a strategic HR business partner to the leadership teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and HR practices, while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional leadership to understand business needs and provide HR guidance and solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts across the region.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key regional roles in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Drive talent development initiatives, including leadership development, career pathing, and training programs.
- Identify high-potential talent and work with leaders to create growth plans.
- Provide expert advice and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
- Oversee the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Promote a performance-driven culture through coaching, feedback, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across the region.
- Support salary reviews, bonus planning, and benefits programs in alignment with corporate policies and regional nuances.
- Ensure HR processes and policies are consistently implemented and compliant with local labor laws.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives such as M&A integrations, organizational changes, and system implementations.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Lead regional employee engagement initiatives and action plans based on survey results.
- Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs to support an inclusive workplace.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and employee wellbeing programs across the region.
Key Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Any Field
- Min. 15 years of working experience in related field
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR practices across Asia Pacific (or relevant region).
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior leaders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally as required.
