Senior HR Executive
About the job
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end C&B portfolio, including salary structure design, job classification, annual performance appraisals, merit increments, and variable bonuses.

Oversee employee insurance renewals, medical and insurance claims, and payment processes.

Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Administer salary surveys and analyze results to recommend appropriate pay adjustments.

Support the development and communication of C&B policies and ensure consistent application across all business units.

Manage employee data accuracy in Workday and payroll systems, supporting timely and compliant payroll processes.

Update payroll records for new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.

Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support audits and reporting requirements.

Lead the implementation and management of outsourced payroll vendor relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Design, review, and enhance employee benefits programs, including health insurance, ensuring competitive and cost-effective coverage.

Liaise and negotiate with external providers to maintain optimal service standards and pricing.

Provide timely and accurate guidance to employees on benefits-related queries and claims.

Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulatory requirements across all HR operations.

Play an active role in audits and compliance processes.

Drive continuous improvement projects and participate in broader HR initiatives as assigned.

Collaborate across HR functions to support organisational goals and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

10–15 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experienced with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and payroll compliance.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Demonstrates high levels of integrity, diligence, and adaptability.
