Our client is an Established Hospitality Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for a HR leader to join their growing organization as a Senior HR Director, Talent Management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Develop and execute an integrated talent strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent reviews, workforce planning, succession planning, and high-potential identification processes.
- Partner with business leaders to identify current and future capability gaps and develop strategic plans to close them.
- Establish robust frameworks for leadership development and pipeline readiness.
- Learning & Development
- Design and implement enterprise-wide L&D strategy, from foundational learning to executive development.
- Lead the assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful learning solutions (in-person, digital, blended).
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and capability building.
- Leverage learning technologies, platforms, and analytics to enhance learner experience and business impact.
- Employee Engagement & Experience
- Drive employee engagement strategies that increase motivation, productivity, and retention.
- Partner with internal communications, DEI, and culture teams to ensure an integrated employee experience.
- Own the design and execution of employee surveys and translate insights into actionable programs.
- Promote initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, inclusion, and psychological safety.
- Organizational Development
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and agility.
- Support operating model shifts, restructuring efforts, and team effectiveness programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related strategy and org health.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with deep specialization in Talent, L&D, and Engagement.
- Proven success in driving global talent strategies, ideally in matrixed and fast-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in leveraging HRIS, LMS platforms, talent analytics, and AI tools to scale impact.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in dynamic, cross-cultural teams.
