Job Purpose
To act as the first point of contact for employees and support the execution of HR and general administration functions in compliance with the employment and labor legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attending to HR-related enquiries.
- HR Administration (Onboarding / Offboarding, Employee P File, Letters issuing, insurance, training, government paid leave and NS claims)
- Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports
- System Management – manage employee date change in SF system.
- Support on payroll process (TMS administration).
- Work Pass Administration (WP/EP/DP/SP) – Application, Issuance, Renewal & Cancellation
- Employee Welfare Management with third party vendors – birthday, rapid and spot award vouchers distribution
- Administer of PR and Vendor creation for HR teams.
- Provide ad hoc HR administrative support to the People Services Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role with an operational focus Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Able to start work immediately
