About the Company:

A global leader in the entertainment industry with a presence in over 60 countries, our client is known for supporting some of the world’s most iconic artists and labels. As part of their expansion in the Philippines, they are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and business support functions for their Manila-based operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, IFRS, and corporate financial policies.
• Manage statutory audits, tax filings, and internal control processes to uphold governance standards.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial deals, projects, and management reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency.
• Support financial training and mentoring to enhance cross-functional financial literacy.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to align on reporting and compliance best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and controllership—preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and audit management.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in ERP and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
