About the Company:
Our client is a luxury retail company with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. They are looking for a Senior IT Executive to support CRM product development and improvement in the region.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of SugarCRM across the mobile application and company platforms
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive user interfaces that meet customer needs
- Involved in data migration into the CRM system
- Conduct UAT to ensure system functions are operational and ensure the organization is ready for system launch
- Work with external vendors to ensure project delivery, implementation and post-implementation support
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing and delivering CRM projects, experience in SugarCRM will be high preferred
- Experience in integrating CRM systems into mobile app
- Experience in project management for integration to external application and/or ERP solutions
- Strong stakeholder management with internal business users and external vendors across pre and post implementation
- System integration or system upgrade background will be highly recommended
