Senior CRM Specialist

About the Company:

Our client is a luxury retail company with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. They are looking for a Senior IT Executive to support CRM product development and improvement in the region.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of SugarCRM across the mobile application and company platforms
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop intuitive user interfaces that meet customer needs
• Involved in data migration into the CRM system
• Conduct UAT to ensure system functions are operational and ensure the organization is ready for system launch
• Work with external vendors to ensure project delivery, implementation and post-implementation support

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing and delivering CRM projects, experience in SugarCRM will be high preferred
• Experience in integrating CRM systems into mobile app
• Experience in project management for integration to external application and/or ERP solutions
• Strong stakeholder management with internal business users and external vendors across pre and post implementation
• System integration or system upgrade background will be highly recommended
