About the job
Our client, a growing Brand Operator is growing exponentially across SEA and are seeking a Senior Buyer to join the team! This individual will oversee the SEA markets and lead the end-to-end buying and merchandising strategy through owning assortment direction, OTB, pricing, and in-season performance. This role directly influences product relevance, commercial outcomes, and overall inventory health in a fast-growing business.

Drive seasonal and long-range assortment planning, ensuring products align with brand direction, consumer insights, and market needs.

Manage the complete buying cycle, including trend evaluation, SKU selection, quantification, and buy placement.

Monitor sales, margin, stock flow, and pricing impact, making timely adjustments to maximize performance across channels.

Partner with brand, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to support launches, promotions, and smooth inbound coordination.

Oversee inventory budgets and OTB, ensuring stock efficiency and executing lifecycle actions such as replenishment, transfers, or markdown.
Requirements:

Buying or merchandising experience within fashion, lifestyle, or softlines, ideally with SEA market exposure.

Strong foundation in assortment strategy, SKU planning, segmentation logic, and price architecture.

Proven capability in forecasting, OTB planning, intake phasing, and managing inventory to meet commercial targets.

Comfort working with sales, margin, and consumer data to guide decisions and improve performance.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
