Section Head, Business Processing (Insurance)
About the job
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee end-to-end policy services activities (e.g. billing processing, etc.) and lead the Business Processing team.
- Handles escalation and communication with policyholders and intermediaries
- Implement new processes to improve efficiency
- Lead and coach multiple teams of Business Processing staff for day-to-day business activities and operations
- Handle business processing related enquiries from third parties like clients, intermediaries, TPA and other departments
- Set the direction of process improvement through projects and initiatives including collaboration with other sections
- Carry out tasks / actions without precedent events independently
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Group Insurance Business Processing role
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
