About the Company:
Our client is a market leader in the maritime industry. As part of the company’s digital transformation project, they are hiring for a SAP Implementation Manager to help with the revamp of the SAP system across various business functions. The incumbent will be responsible for the integration of IT systems primarily SAP and will report directly to the General Manager.
The position is responsible for leading enterprise technology strategies across digital infrastructure, systems integration, and data management.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the rollout, deployment and customization of SAP enterprise systems supporting departments such as distribution, production, finance and logistics.
- Work closely with internal users and vendors to translate business requirements into system capabilities to achieve business goals.
- Head the deployment of a central data ecosystem merging internal systems, IOT sensors and 3rd party platforms.
- Be involved in the company’s long-term IT strategies, overseeing IT expenditures and meeting cybersecurity standards and regulatory obligations.
- Establish and enforce IT frameworks to minimize vulnerabilities and protect mission-critical data.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent at least 5 to 10 years of IT experience
- Experience in at least one full-cycle of SAP implementation
- Experience in implementation of SAP modules, including but not limited to FI/CO, SD, PP, WM and/or PS
- PMP certification will be preferred but not compulsory
