Role Summary:
The role is accountable for driving the growth and expansion of a regional Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio across Asia Pacific. Success is measured by bookings and revenue delivery, with a strong emphasis on recurring income streams, customer identity solutions, device-related offerings, and new customer acquisition. The position plays a pivotal role in aligning regional sales execution with broader corporate strategy while championing transformation and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and accelerate regional IAM revenue performance, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
- Drive adoption of recurring and cloud-based revenue models, with focus on customer identity and emerging solution areas.
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable regional sales priorities and execution plans.
- Define performance expectations for regional sales leadership and ensure accountability against results.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing sales teams to support sustainable regional growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, technical specialists, partners, and enablement teams to strengthen go-to-market effectiveness.
- Work in alignment with sales operations to ensure efficient deal execution and commercial processes.
- Maintain direct involvement in strategic accounts and critical transactions across the region.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading complex sales organizations across APAC, with responsibility for significant revenue and bookings.
- Strong knowledge of the IAM and cybersecurity landscape, including customer identity solutions.
- Extensive experience selling to senior business and technology stakeholders, including executive leadership, digital leaders, and security/compliance decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success across multiple go-to-market models, including direct sales, channel-led approaches, and global system integrator partnerships.
- Background in consultative, value-based enterprise solution selling.
- Familiarity with modern demand-generation and account-based engagement strategies.
- Track record of building long-term partnerships and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proficiency in common enterprise sales tools and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to recruit, scale, and mentor sales leaders and teams.
- Clear, compelling communicator with the ability to set strategic direction while remaining hands-on in deal execution.
- Innovative, ethical, and motivating leader who brings fresh perspectives to drive business growth.
- Comfortable coaching teams on customer and partner engagement and maintaining ongoing executive-level relationships.
