About the Company:

Our client, a renowned beauty brand is experiencing exponential growth across SEA and they are currently looking for a Retail Manager to join the energetic team. The individual will oversee retail operations across SEA, ensuring consistent brand experience, drive operational excellence and sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards, customer service, and retail excellence across all retail stores.
• Lead and mentor retail teams to achieve both commercial results and high service quality.
• Drive the planning and execution of in-store campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost visibility and sales.
• Monitor store performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and ensure seamless execution across markets

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail operations, experience working with retail partners would be a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset to track performance, interpret data, and propose improvement strategies.
• Equipped with commercial acumen with a track record of implementing change and driving results.
