About the job
You will be involved in the areas of Sales & Marketing in Group Insurance business, and understand the process of servicing intermediaries/ direct clients on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business development.
The Job
- Sales Supports in servicing renewal accounts via intermediaries.
- Flow down renewal data to BPO for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters.
- Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis.
- Make accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
