About the Company: Our client, an International Foods Company, has been garnering global attention and they are looking to expand across SEA. As such, they are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of regional brand strategies and marketing campaigns across the region, translating global brand positioning into locally relevant content to drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt regional brand strategies into localized, culturally relevant campaigns for SEA markets.
- Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative agencies and local teams for execution across digital, social, influencer, and owned media.
- Own the content strategy for digital platforms, ensuring creative assets align with platform requirements and maintain brand consistency.
- Drive “glocalization” by tailoring brand messaging, visuals, and storytelling to resonate with local audiences, testing and validating effectiveness with insights.
- Monitor campaign performance, define KPIs, optimize strategies, and conduct post-campaign reviews to continuously improve brand impact.
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in brand marketing or integrated communications within FMCG, consumer goods, or relevant industries.
- Proven track record in strategic brand planning, creative development, and managing agency partners.
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asian markets, including consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborative, insight-driven, and capable of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
