About the Company: Our client, a growing lifestyle MNC, is currently seeking a Regional Merchandising Manager to lead merchandising strategy for Southeast Asia, managing product mix, launches, and channel allocation across retail and e-commerce. The individual will work with regional teams to localize assortments, track performance, and deliver sales, margin, and inventory targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize regional assortment strategies that align consumer demand with business priorities across retail and digital channels.
- Build seasonal launch roadmaps, ensuring timely product introductions and balanced distribution across markets.
- Partner with regional and headquarters teams to translate market trends into localized product opportunities and execution plans.
- Drive category growth through long-term planning, performance tracking, and maintaining strong market relevance.
- Deliver forecasting, margin planning, and inventory insights that support smarter commercial decisions across functions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing merchandising or category functions, including prior leadership responsibilities.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with confidence handling forecasting, planning, and performance reviews.
- Effective communicator able to influence stakeholders across multiple markets and functions.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to support collaboration with regional teams and cross-border counterparts.
