About the Company: Our client, a global FMCG brand, is expanding in SEA, as such they are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager, SEA to join the growing marketing team. The individual will lead regional brand growth across Southeast Asia through localized campaigns and consumer engagement strategies. They will translate broader brand direction into market execution that drives awareness and business growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Spearhead regional brand plans and tailor positioning frameworks to suit diverse Southeast Asian markets.
- Build and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, media, and partnership platforms.
- Develop content strategies that strengthen audience engagement while maintaining consistent brand identity.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align launches, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Track campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and refine future initiatives based on insights.
Key Requirements:
- Strong exposure to Southeast Asian markets within fast-paced industries.
- Proven success managing agencies, creative development, and integrated campaign delivery.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently.
