Our client is a Well-Established Multinational Corporation in the Financial Services sector. As part of their continued growth in the region, they are looking to hire a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join their expanding team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to go beyond traditional HR responsibilities. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving organisational development and transformation on both a regional and global scale.

• Deliver strategic and hands-on HR support to people leaders and teams across Singapore, Vietnam, Dubai, and the USA. Be both an employee advocate and a trusted advisor to leadership, balancing strategic insights with practical HR execution.

• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including contracts, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.

• Champion a culture of high performance through planning, review, and feedback processes.

• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and support the development of a high-performing team.

• Support the creation and maintenance of HR playbooks, manuals, and operational plans.

• Participate in ad-hoc initiatives and projects to support the broader people strategy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR or people operations

• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering results in high-expectation environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed organisations
