About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) with deep exposure to hotel operations and a strong network among General Managers (GMs) across the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will partner with hotel leadership to drive HR strategies that enhance organizational performance, talent development, and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hotel GMs and senior leadership on all HR matters, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
- Align HR strategies with business goals and operational objectives across multiple hotel properties.
- Support recruitment and retention strategies, leveraging your network of hotel GMs to attract top-tier talent.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives tailored to hotel operations.
- Lead or support complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational changes.
- Act as a link between regional hotels and corporate HR, ensuring consistency in practices while adapting to local operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations, with exposure to multi-property/regional HR management.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including F&B, front office, housekeeping, and support services.
- Established network of hotel General Managers and senior hospitality professionals.
- Proven experience in HR business partnering, talent management, and employee engagement at a regional level.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance across the region is highly desirable.
