Our Client is an Established Food & Beverage Manufacturing Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join their growing business in APAC.
Overview: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic consulting resource to executive leadership within the international business unit, focusing on the Asia Pacific region. This role aims to align talent and organizational development strategies through proactive gap analysis and drive key business unit initiatives. The HRBP will provide thought leadership, program consultation, design, and talent management resources for employees at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Align HR Strategies: Coordinate workforce planning and organizational design to match local business maturity while considering global scalability to achieve strategic goals.
- Talent Management: Collaborate with management to foster talent solutions, coaching leaders and employees on performance management, succession planning, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and change and conflict management.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously evaluate trends, metrics, policies, and practices to measure recruitment and retention effectiveness. Implement proactive talent retention solutions to ensure a positive employee experience aligned with company values and culture.
- Ethics and Compliance: Uphold the company’s ethics and compliance program by leading workplace investigations, collecting evidence, providing counselling and resolutions, and advising executive management on potential risks.
- HRIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze HRIS reports and metrics, evaluate trends, make recommendations, and implement changes to maintain HR best practices for executive leadership.
- Training and Development: Partner with management and internal training specialists to evaluate, design, and implement training and development programs, including skills development, gap assessments, and performance management. Assist in preparing career path and succession plan models and facilitate employee relations and performance improvement training for managers.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of Human Resources Generalists within a business unit or client group. Provide guidance on best practices, performance management issues, conflict management, policy interpretation, and employee counselling.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to country, federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Assist in developing, updating, and implementing personnel policies and procedures. Stay informed of annual updates by attending HR conferences.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with Talent Acquisition by interviewing high-level candidates using behavioural predictive methodologies and providing recommendations to hiring managers and leaders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Field; Preferably in Business & Human Resource
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resource Business Partnering, specifically in a regional capacity.
- Proficient in Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations.
