About the Company:
Our client is a well-established retail multinational with a strong regional footprint. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join their team as a Regional HR Business Partner.
As a Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across the region. You will operate across both strategic and hands-on levels, partnering with leaders to support business growth, talent development, and organisational effectiveness. The role will support all store and office employees within the region.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with commercial goals and long-term growth plans.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to roll out key people initiatives across regional offices and store networks.
- Lead organisational development efforts and drive change management processes.
- Support the end-to-end talent management cycle, including succession planning and capability development.
- Ensure excellence in recruitment, onboarding, and employee integration processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on workplace health, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- Plan and implement annual HR initiatives such as goal-setting, engagement surveys, and employee recognition programmes.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and a strong people-first environment.
Key Requirements:
- A recognised degree in any field.
- Proven HR experience in business partnering, talent management, or HR operations, ideally within the retail or consumer sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices in Korea and Singapore; broader Southeast Asia experience is a plus.
- High level of business acumen and analytical ability to turn data into strategic insights.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical, day-to-day execution.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
