About the Company:
Our client is an Established Public Relations Media Multinational Corporation. They are looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support their Southeast Asia operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll work closely with regional leadership and functional teams to align people strategies with business objectives, enhance the employee experience, and drive organizational effectiveness.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role with regional impact—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, values collaboration, and is passionate about unlocking potential through people.
- Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into HR strategies
- Use workforce insights to inform decision-making and anticipate talent needs
- Support initiatives that enable organizational agility and growth
- Lead recruitment efforts across the region in collaboration with local teams
- Shape hiring strategies, job design, and talent pipelines
- Support succession planning, learning programs, and leadership development
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Implement engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and employee feedback tools
- Work with internal teams and external benchmarks to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices
- Support performance management and salary review processes
- Contribute to employee wellness and benefit initiatives
- Ensure policies and practices comply with local employment laws and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with local consultants as needed to address employment issues and mitigate risks
- Maintain and optimize HR systems for data accuracy and reporting
- Generate and interpret HR metrics to track progress and inform regional decisions
- Support and guide HR and administrative teams within the region
- Promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across functions
Key Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Any Field
- Min. 6 years of experience in a strategic HR or HRBP role, preferably in a regional context
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, agile and comfortable managing change and ambiguity
