About the Company: Our client, an Established Regional E-Commerce platform, is seeking a dynamic Regional Finance Director, SEA to join their leadership team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial strategy, performance, and business decision-making across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Partnering, FP&A, and Management Reporting across key commercial and operational functions
• Oversee P&L and cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth and performance
• Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational finance matters
• Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis and reporting
• Drive financial discipline and improve processes within a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across multiple markets
• Support corporate finance initiatives and strategic projects as required

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of finance leadership experience, ideally within Southeast Asia
• Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A, and business partnering
• Proven experience managingP&L and working capitalin dynamic environments
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or other fast-paced industries is advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a lean organisation
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build high-performing teams
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and regional markets
