About the Company: Our client, an Established Regional E-Commerce platform, is seeking a dynamic Regional Finance Director, SEA to join their leadership team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive financial strategy, performance, and business decision-making across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Partnering, FP&A, and Management Reporting across key commercial and operational functions
- Oversee P&L and cashflow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth and performance
- Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational finance matters
- Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis and reporting
- Drive financial discipline and improve processes within a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across multiple markets
- Support corporate finance initiatives and strategic projects as required
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of finance leadership experience, ideally within Southeast Asia
- Strong background in commercial finance, FP&A, and business partnering
- Proven experience managingP&L and working capitalin dynamic environments
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or other fast-paced industries is advantageous
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a lean organisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and build high-performing teams
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and regional markets
