Regional Distribution & Channel Manager, SEA
About the job
Our client, a growing medical technology firm is currently expanding and they looking for a passionate and well-connected professionals to leads regional channel and distribution strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize partner performance, and expand market presence across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute partner-focused strategies to boost sales, profitability, and market coverage across distributors, hospitals, and key intermediaries.
- Identify, recruit, and develop new distribution partners while nurturing long-term relationships to align with commercial and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operational teams to support product adoption, streamline execution, and ensure consistent brand messaging through channels.
- Monitor and assess partner performance using KPIs, joint business plans, and market insights to optimize channel effectiveness and compliance
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in MedTech channel or distribution management, with strong distributor relationships in the region.
- Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable sales and market development plans.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills, including experience with hospital procurement or distributor contracts.
- Analytical thinker with in-depth knowledge of MedTech distribution models, pricing, and market dynamics.
