About the Company: Our client, a renowned entertainment brand is growing in SEA. As such, they are seeking a Regional Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee the SEA and Korea markets. The individual will be leading digital marketing campaigns for regional artists, ensuring campaigns are adapted locally to resonate with the audience. It blends performance marketing, social media strategy, and data insights to drive engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional digital campaigns for artist releases, tailoring global strategies to local markets.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) to drive reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance across markets and translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Lead social media and influencer strategies, ensuring content stays on-brand while tapping into trends.
• Leverage audience insights and segmentation to build targeted campaigns that grow engagement

Key Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing across regional or multi-market campaigns.
• Strong expertise in paid media, social platforms, CRM, and digital performance tools (SEO/SEM).
• Deep understanding of digital trends, especially within music, entertainment, or youth culture.
• Ability to balance data-driven thinking with creative storytelling and campaign ideation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across global and local teams.
