Project Manager (Electrifications - Data Centre)

About the Company: We are partnering with a global engineering and technology leader to hire a Project Manager based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of mid-sized projects within critical infrastructure environments, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory, and internal standards
• Define project execution strategies, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery approach
• Manage cross-functional project teams (internal and external stakeholders) to achieve project objectives
• Track and control project progress, including schedule, cost, and resource utilization
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting and cost control
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure successful project completion, including customer acceptance and contract closure

Key Requirements:

• 5–10 years of project management experience within critical infrastructure environments such as data centres, semiconductor, oil & gas, or utilities
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, including EPC environments
• Familiarity with medium and low voltage systems, transformers, and control/automation systems
• Experience in site-related activities such as installation, testing & commissioning, and integrated system testing
• Good knowledge of local electrical standards and practices
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
