About the Company: We are partnering with a global engineering and technology leader to hire a Project Manager based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of mid-sized projects within critical infrastructure environments, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory, and internal standards
- Define project execution strategies, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery approach
- Manage cross-functional project teams (internal and external stakeholders) to achieve project objectives
- Track and control project progress, including schedule, cost, and resource utilization
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting and cost control
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure successful project completion, including customer acceptance and contract closure
Key Requirements:
- 5–10 years of project management experience within critical infrastructure environments such as data centres, semiconductor, oil & gas, or utilities
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, including EPC environments
- Familiarity with medium and low voltage systems, transformers, and control/automation systems
- Experience in site-related activities such as installation, testing & commissioning, and integrated system testing
- Good knowledge of local electrical standards and practices
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
