Overview
We are partnering with a global engineering and technology leader to hire a Project Manager based in Singapore. This role will be responsible for leading the execution of mid-sized projects within critical infrastructure environments, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, regulatory, and internal standards

Define project execution strategies, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery approach

Manage cross-functional project teams (internal and external stakeholders) to achieve project objectives

Track and control project progress, including schedule, cost, and resource utilization

Oversee project financials, including forecasting and cost control

Identify and manage risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
-
Ensure successful project completion, including customer acceptance and contract closure
Requirements
-
5–10 years of project management experience within critical infrastructure environments such as data centres, semiconductor, oil & gas, or utilities
-
Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, including EPC environments
-
Familiarity with medium and low voltage systems, transformers, and control/automation systems
-
Experience in site-related activities such as installation, testing & commissioning, and integrated system testing
-
Good knowledge of local electrical standards and practices
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
