About the Company:
Our client, a Global Technology MNC, is seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Consultant (.NET) to join their team. In this role, you will be a key member of our consulting group, responsible for delivering configurable solutions to their end-user customers and partners. You will be seen as the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of the company automation products, ensuring customers receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Delivering company solutions based on customer requirements documentation.
- Providing technical leadership to customers on the company automation solutions, customized according to their specific needs.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Working independently to develop and implement solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Documenting all customer-specific configurations to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Installing configurations in customer environments when not implementing cloud/SaaS solutions.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present and interact with a global customer base.
- Consultative communication style with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and understand team goals.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- In-depth technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software development, architecture, and customization.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Application Services.
- Proficient with SQL Server, including architecture, design, and tuning.
- Experience writing scripts using SQL, PL/SQL, and ASP.NET.
- Ability to understand both functional and technical project requirements.
- Knowledge of domains such as AP, AR, Payroll, HR, BPR, and/or SAP workflows.
- Ability to escalate support issues to appropriate internal resources when necessary.
- Ability to transfer and share technical knowledge with team members.
- Professional and accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Willingness to travel to customer project locations when required.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collect, document, and analyze business and technical requirements, as well as process flows.
