About the Company:
Our client, a Leading Medical Solutions MNC has demonstrated robust growth in the recent years and they are looking for a Product Manager to oversee the SEA markets. This individual will be key in driving profitable wound care growth by optimising product strategy, equipping the sales force with clinical and product expertise, and ensuring a seamless product experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance internal processes and product workflows to elevate overall customer experience and service quality.
- Equip and support the sales team with the right product mix, training, and field guidance to strengthen commercial performance.
- Lead product initiatives—including launches, updates, and demand-generating activities—to support marketing and business objectives.
- Manage product availability, communications, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure smooth operations and effective market engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in medical, marketing, or wound care/surgical product environments.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded, with the ability to offer practical, customer-centric solutions.
- Team-driven, accountable, and capable of handling multiple priorities while understanding complex clinical and technical concepts.
