UI/UX Product Designer (Payment Technology)

About the Company:

Our client is a Payment Technology company that is expanding rapidly into South-East Asia. As part of the company’s expansion plan, they are hiring for a Product Designer with experience in UI/UX.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and project goals.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.
• Design consistent, user-friendly interfaces tailored for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform iterative design improvements.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design quality.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, IT or equivalent with 3 to 8 years of experience in Product Management in Payments, Fintech or Digital Financial Services.
• Proven experience in managing payments or digital services’ end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and fintech market dynamics.
• Experience in using agile/scrum practices to manage product delivery.
