About the Company:
Our client is a shared services provider offering centralized finance-related services to multiple institutions in Singapore. It focuses on improving efficiency, standardization, and governance in financial operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
You will oversee payroll operations, including month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with local regulations like CPF and IRAS. You will handle the full payroll cycle – from updating employee records to managing payments, tax submissions, and queries. You will also guide the payroll team, liaise with auditors and tax agents, and serve as the key contact for stakeholders to support smooth operations and business continuity.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of payroll experience in finance or shared services, ideally in a supervisory role. You will possess strong payroll and system knowledge, including SuccessFactors and SAP HRIS. You will demonstrate leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach, and will be part of an inclusive team that values diversity and equal opportunities for all candidates.
