About the Company:

Our client, a growing media and partnerships brand, is expanding its foorptint across SEA and they are currently looking for a Partnerships Manager/Assistant Manager in Malaysia to join the energetic team. The individual will be key in driving revenue through securing and managing licensing deals, as well as expanding brand presence through strategic client partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive licensing sales performance by developing strategies and achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, client pitching, and deal negotiation.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with licensees and licensors, ensuring compliance with brand and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance retail visibility, plan promotional activities, and support sell-through performance.
• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial follow-ups to ensure timely royalty and fee collections.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in licensing, sales, or partnerships management with proven revenue growth track record.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Proven exprience in managing internal stakeholders and external partners.
