They are now seeking a Operations, Finance Business Partner to be based in Surabaya to drive operational performance, cost transparency, and digital finance transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with operations, supply chain, and procurement teams to drive improvements in conversion cost and site overheads through actionable financial insights and performance tracking.

Lead monthly cost analysis and simulations to support decision-making for site management and global stakeholders.

Contribute to the development and automation of dashboards and models using Power BI and other BI tools to enhance data extraction, visualization, and financial reporting.

Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, track KPIs, and provide insights to support margin improvements.

Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including designing and maintaining financial planning templates.

Deliver standard and ad-hoc financial reports, management presentations, and costing analyses in alignment with global standards.

Support business improvement projects and foster strong cross-functional relationships with finance controllers, plant managers, and regional leadership.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.

10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A and a strong track record in manufacturing environments.

Proven ability to partner with operations and drive business decisions through financial insights.

Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking in a plant or regional manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex tasks under tight deadlines.
