About the Company:

A global leader in education services is looking to continue their efforts in expanding market share. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the Singapore market to drive lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns. The individual would lead the marketing team and spearhead 360 marketing initiatives (offline & online) for the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver marketing plans that drive quality leads across various channels to meet targets.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing activities, including pre-event promotions and event-day support.
• Work with internal stakeholders to enhance website content and execute digital strategies that boost web traffic and conversions.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation to high-impact activities aligned with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in executing impactful marketing strategies that generate measurable business results.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Equipped with hands-on experience in managing campaigns across online platforms like Google and Facebook, including SEO/SEM tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability in interpreting marketing analytics to optimize performance and inform strategy.
