Overview:
As the Manager of Talent Management & Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s talent strategy and fostering a culture of engagement and development. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, you will lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent while championing employee engagement efforts to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives to support long-term growth and success.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through the development and implementation of programs that promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of belonging.
- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning, to drive a high-performance culture and support employee growth and development.
- Identify training and development needs, design and deliver development programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to build employee capabilities and support career progression.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while remaining compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, HR policies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs, talent gaps, and succession planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, or related HR roles.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and talent development best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across functions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.
