About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, HRBP with at least 5 years of HR experience to support the Human Resources function across HR operations, compensation & benefits, policy governance, reporting, and HR-related projects for one of our healthcare clients.
This role works closely with HR leadership and key stakeholders to ensure effective HR practices, smooth execution of people initiatives, and alignment with organisational objectives. The incumbent will play a critical role in day-to-day HR management while contributing to workforce planning, HR analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Governance
- Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies in alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assist HR leadership in workforce planning, manpower optimisation, and organisational development initiatives.
- Support policy harmonisation and coordination across business units where applicable.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
- Assist in the administration and review of compensation structures, payroll processes, and HR guidelines.
- Support annual salary review, bonus, and promotion exercises.
- Monitor manpower costs and HR budgets to ensure effective cost control.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programmes, including healthcare, insurance, and retirement plans.
- Provide operational support and respond to compensation- and benefits-related queries from internal stakeholders.
HR Reporting, HRIS & Analytics
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for management, including headcount, manpower costs, and workforce trends.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and support HRIS reporting, data extraction, and system upkeep.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for management meetings and HR reviews.
- Support HR data analysis to identify trends, risks, and insights to inform HR planning and decision-making.
Projects & Stakeholder Support
- Support HR projects and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives.
- Assist in change management efforts related to HR policies, systems, or process enhancements.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR Experience, preferably covering HR operations, compensation & benefits, or HR reporting.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
