About the Client: Our client is an established multinational FMCG organisation with a strong regional presence and a well-structured legal and governance framework. They are looking to strengthen their Legal team with a Legal Executive to support day-to-day legal and operational matters.
Role Overview:
This role provides junior-level legal and administrative support to the Legal Manager, handling routine legal documentation, coordination, and compliance-related tasks. It is well-suited for fresh graduates or early-career legal professionals seeking hands-on exposure within an in-house legal function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic legal work, including drafting and reviewing straightforward contracts and routine legal requests
- Support due diligence activities, including verification of deal memos, authorisation letters, and related documents
- Maintain accurate legal records, databases, trackers, and document management systems
- Provide administrative support for legal, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on routine legal and documentation matters
- Support the Legal Manager and act as a backup during periods of leave when required
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Law from a recognised institution or a law degree (local or overseas)
- Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years of relevant legal, compliance, or administrative experience
- Basic understanding of contract law and legal documentation
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills
