Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement Management: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, optimize sourcing, and mitigate risks.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure collaboration and value delivery.
• Process Improvement & Innovation: Drive process enhancements, modernize systems, and implement digital tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, inspire, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies across all procurement activities.

Key Requirements:

• Recognised Degree or equivalent professional procurement qualification / experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to continuous learning and development.
