About the Company:
Our client is an Established F&B Multinational Corporation. They are seeking for an individual to join their growing business as a L&D Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement tailored training programs aligned with company needs.
- Conduct research on training methods and industry best practices to develop new programs.
- Prepare reports on training needs and progress to guide management decisions.
- Lead approved leadership workshops, covering topics such as conflict resolution and effective communication skills.
- Manage organization-wide projects, facilitating team collaboration, setting goals, defining timelines, and addressing challenges.
- Drive training marketing efforts to cultivate a strong learning culture.
- Provide strategic support to division heads in talent development initiatives.
- Assist with Talent Management and Succession Planning.
- Administer Employee Surveys and execute Action Plans.
- Review, update, and create learning and development policies.
- Conduct market research, evaluate training vendors, and customize solutions.
- Develop and implement training interventions to meet L&D needs.
- Oversee the development of the Training Calendar, communication plan, and manage the training budget.
Key Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Any Field
- Min. 8 years of professional L&D experience in F&B/ Hospitality industry
